At Tienda Mas Geli we guarantee the quality of all our products, as well as their delivery and transportation. If you experience any incident in the delivery of your purchase or you receive any product in bad condition, please contact us immediately within 24 hours by sending an email to info@masgelipals.cat. We will be happy to assist you and solve any problem.

Money back guarantee

Due to the nature of our food products and the importance of maintaining the cold chain, Mas Geli does not accept product returns once it has left our warehouse, except in cases of transport incidents. We cannot be held responsible for storage conditions after delivery. For experience purchases, you have 3 working days to request a refund. Refunds are made by the original payment method used, whenever possible, excluding handling fees.

Order cancellation

Cancellations of all our activities must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. In case of cancellation, no refund will be made, but the client may benefit from a credit for the value of the reservation made, for a future activity, within 12 months after the original date of purchase, being this credit non-cancellable a second time.

In case of cancellation within 48 hours, no refund will be made and no credit can be used for subsequent visits.

If the cancellation is due to a medical emergency or similar situation, please contact us to discuss your options. In case of modification or change of reservation for another activity and that exceeds the value of the initial purchase, an additional payment for the difference will be made; in case of not exceeding the value of the initial purchase, a credit for the difference will be issued with a validity period of 12 months after the original date of purchase.

In the event that the company cancels the visit due to force majeure or other justifiable reasons, a full refund or credit for the value of the purchase will be offered at the customer’s option, to be enjoyed within 12 months of the purchase.

The cancellation policy may vary depending on the needs and circumstances of Mas Geli, and the client will be informed in advance.
